Below is the format for the NPCC Report.

Please save it in your computer as this will be our format for every report. 
PLEASE do it and inform those that are forgetful.

Your content can be the same as the previous report but the format MUST be STANDARDIZE!

I will be collecting at 7.20am tomorrow and i expect everyone's report except those that did not turn up for CCA Maze on Saturday.
