Dear Blizzers,
I have heard complains about people misbehaving themselves in the squad.
Guys, for your information, you are already Sec3! You are the seniors in the unit.
We have to set good role models to the Sec2s and Sec1s.
Moreover, we are taking over soon. You think taking over is everything?
Think again, it's just the beginning. You think taking over the unit can let you slack?
Think again. You think taking over makes you have a lot of authority?
Think again. You think you can do anything you want after you take over?
Think again.
Guys, it's not as simple as just taking over. We need to uphold our roles of our posting, do it well.
You think the Sec3s squad is going to be nothing when we take over?
YOU ARE SO WRONG.
The Sec3s squad is the most important as it serves as a role model to the juniors.
You think not polishing your boots is okay. What if the juniors saw it and everyone decided not to polish?
You think having lousy drills is okay. What if the juniors saw it and execute lousy drills as well?
You think having untidy uniform is okay. What if the juniors saw it and follow you all?
You think having acting stupid, do silly things is funny. What if the juniors saw it and decided to follow you?
Whose is going to settle all these things? You? Me? Officers?
Yes, you can punish them but have you think about yourself?
Have you thought about how you behaved yourself, how you performed?
Think guys. The world is not as simple as you have thought.
All these starts with you, within yourself.
Think about it.
Regards,
Kuan Hwee
