Hey Blizzers,

Good thing that most of you are enthusiastic in the camp.
I hope that this enthusiasm can continue for the rest of the time especially when we take over. Let's keep the fire burning within ourselves.
We must prove that we can lead the unit even without the help of the Sec 4s.
Therefore, it is time for us to lead like what we did during the Annual Camp.
Though most of you may think that the lower sec cadets are "slack" in a way, it is our duty to change their mindset of slacking.
Hope to see all of you being enthusiastic for the rest of the trainings with the Sec 4 NCOs.
Let's leave a memorable experience to them before they pass out.

By the way, ALL of you must do an Annual Camp report. This report would be titled "Annual Camp 2010 Reflection".
Points that could be included in the report-PLEASE REFLECT HONESTLY-do not copy

1) How you feel about the camp.
2) What are the learning points.
3) What could be done to improve
4) Write about your group instructors-what you feel about them. (write on both if you have 2 group instructors
5) Reflect on yourself-what have you contributed to the camp.
6) What you feel about the activities during the camp. (dont just say they are fun)
7) Write about your own group's performance.
There is no word limit but please don't write too short.


THIS IS FOR THE CAMPFIRE COMMITTEE MEMBERS-you would need to do this report and the one above.
Campfire committee report:
1) How do you feel about the campfire in general?
2) What are the problems faced throughout the whole planning by the committee?
3) How could you have improved yourselves?
4) Reflect about your performance in the committee(be honest)

Have fun all you can this week. -but rmb to do your hwk!
Cos it's gonna be a tough one for the rest of the year -taking over....EXAMS!....
