This is the minutes of what James Sir has briefed the Sec1 CLs about.

The problem: Cadets Fidgeting

The Solutions proposed:
Soft Approach. (Talk to them, 1 on 1 or as a whole squad)
Hard Approach (Pump them, Corporal Punishments)


Quotes: Don't cross the boundary. When you want to your cadets to respect you, give them the equal respect first.

Being a Cadet Leader does not mean slacking, it just means being better than before.

Everyone in our squad is a Cadet Leader. Thus, we MUST set a good example and be the role model of the Secondary 1s and 2s. We should NOT be discipline only during CCA time but be disciplined at ALL times.

Reach Passirris Secondary before 7.45AM (Meet somewhere and go together if possible)
Strictly NO violence is allowed in the games .
Participants must wear same attire as a team .
If its raining , we still have to report to them .
